Who we are

What we collect

Contact form. If you use the sales form we receive the option you chose to describe yourself, your name, email, website (optional), the products you are interested in, and your message, plus the page address the form was sent from and the time of submission. We use it only to reply to you. The form is delivered to our team in a private Telegram chat. If that delivery fails, the form contents may appear in the logs of our hosting provider, Cloudflare.

Demo player id. When you open a demo, your browser stores a random anonymous id under the key tp-demo-player in localStorage so the demo can recognise your session. It is not linked to your name or email and is sent only to start a demo game. Our game servers keep the play-money balance for that anonymous id.

Server logs. The site is served by Cloudflare and the demo game servers run on AWS. Both keep standard technical logs (such as IP address, time and requested page). We use IP addresses briefly to limit form spam.

Cookies and tracking

We do not use tracking cookies, advertising pixels or analytics scripts on this website.

How long we keep it

Contact messages are kept in our team's private Telegram chat. We delete them on request: email info@trustsplay.com. Server logs are kept by Cloudflare and AWS under their own retention settings. You can clear the demo player id at any time by clearing your browser's site data.
